We are looking for a Fun Facilitator (AKA Studio Assistant)!

Artsploration Children’s Creative Studio could be the place for you. Our space is an immersive art, and maker experience. We believe everyone, especially children, are artists, makers and innovators. Our passion is to inspire and encourage each artist to explore their imagination, wonder without limitations and enjoy the creative process.
We are looking for people who enjoy fun and play, with great attitudes. Who are multi-talented, with different skills and interests. People who can thrive in the creative chaos of children in “the flow” and encourage them to follow their imagination and instincts.
Hours of Work:
Part-time, 20-25 hours over 2 weeks. Availability on some weekends and occasional evenings.
Competencies, Qualifications and Experience:
Mature, creative, positive, hardworking, willing to learn, out-going, team player, detail-oriented, artistic ability.
Post-secondary art education an asset.
Excellent organizational and customer service skills.
Loves to clean and tidy the studio with attention to detail.
Ability and willingness to accept and provide feedback.
A strong ability to multi-task, evaluate and manage priorities.
Able to lift, rearrange furniture and displays, and climb on a ladder.
Able to work independently and manage your time efficiently.
Healthy sense of humour.
Customer service experience.
Able to ring through sales and speak with customers.
Experience working with children an asset.
Vunerable Sector Criminal record check is necessary.
