Registration Process + Payment
Your payment in full reserves your space our programs and workshops. We appreciate you paying for classes online. If you are not able to pay online, please contact us as soon as possible and we can make arrangements. When you register you will be asked to sign a release and waiver, along with contact information. Please contact us if any of your contact or personal information changes as soon as possible.
Sold Out Classes
If a class is sold out, you can join our Waiting List by contacting us with name, age, phone + class(es) of interest at hello@artsploration.ca
Missed Classes • Cancellations • Change of Plans
We can only issue a credit (good for one year), once you are registered and paid for a program or workshop with Artsploration. We do not issue refunds. To be issued a credit, we must receive an email requesting a credit for the specific program or workshop and that you or your child are NOT able to attend. This needs to be received fourteen (14) days before the start date.
We are not able to refund or offer private makeup sessions for missed programs or workshops.
In the event of bad weather or unforeseen circumstances such as instructor illness, we may need reschedule a class. In the rare event a class is cancelled by Artsploration due to enrollment, we will offer a full refund or credit towards another program or workshop.
We greatly appreciate if you send a text or email ahead of time if your child will not be attending a scheduled class.
Contact Information
It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to make sure Artsploration has the most current information. Please be sure to notify us of any changes, ex. phone numbers, addresses, email, medical, individuals authorized for pickup and any additional information that may change.
Clothing
Dress for a creative mess! Artsploration is not responsible for damaged clothing.
Wellness
At Artsploration, the wellness of our artsplorers, as well as our community is important to us. If you think there’s a chance your child is not feeling their best, please opt to keep them home to keep everyone in the studio healthy.
