Birthday Parties in the Artsploration Studio

Are you looking for an awesome place in Orangeville to hold your child’s birthday party? Your kids will LOVE making art, and a mess at the Artsploration Studio! Kids and adults will both enjoy the experience!

What does an Artsploration Birthday Party include?

• Exclusive use of our birthday studio party space in Orangeville for 2 hours, which can seat up to 30 people (children and adults)

• Free play time in all areas of the studio

• Cupcake decorating for all children

• Custom digital birthday party invitations you can print or email

Birthday Party Times

Birthday parties time slots are available Saturdays and Sundays from 10:00 AM – Noon or 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM.

Private studio parties are held on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays from 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM in our Orangeville studio.

The first hour of the studio party time is free play time in the studio, as the children are usually super excited and eager to explore all the spaces. During the second hour you have the option to serve BYO food, drinks, cake and presents. The children are welcome to continue playing in the studio for the remainder of the second hour if you finish early.

The Orangeville studio will be open to the public during party times.

Food and Beverages

Birthday Parties are Bring Your Own food, beverages, cake, etc. We do not include food with our packages. Our birthday party room has seating for up to 30 people, with two credenzas to set up food and presents.

We have a full sized fridge and freezer in our office that you may use for items that need to be chilled.

All food and beverages must be consumed and remain in the party room. There is no food or beverages permitted in the play spaces of the studio.

Adults and Supervision

A minimum of 3 adults must attend, and supervise children in the birthday party room and the studio.
There is a maximum number of adults for Saturday and Sunday parties. See the party descriptions below for permitted number of adults for each package.

The Birthday Party Room and Accessibility

The party room can seat 30 people (children and adults). In it are two credenzas to set up your food, beverages, presents and goodies.

We are proud to be a fully accessible studio.

Dress for a Mess

Smocks are available in the studio for all Artsplorers to use; however, the more engaged they become in their creation, the more likely the mess. We encourage parents to dress participants in older clothing they don’t mind getting dirty. Or bring a change of clothes.

Socks must be worn in the studio at all times, by both children and adults.

How can I check if my desired date and time is available?

Click on the BOOK A PARTY button, found after the Party Package description you are looking for. The next screen will show you only available dates and times. If you don’t see your desired date or time, it is already booked by another customer.
